Shipping rules

Since August 2016 when FDA comes to force, America has strengthened 
supervision on electronic cigarettes and accessories, and reinforced 
inspection of imports. 
If your ordered goods get inspected by U.S. Customs, please provide your 
SSN to ensure smooth and efficient clearance. 
(PS: Kangeronline will not refund or take any responsibility for losses 
caused by your failure to provide SSN. Please forgive us if this brings you 
any inconvenience.)
Note: our company will keep all your information confidential, will not 
disclose it to any third party.
Please note that the total order amount only includes product value and 
shipping charge(taxes, remote fee and other fees excluded). 
The local customs of importer might impose taxes which will be borne 
by importers.  
Any consequences  like return or even destruction of goods due to 
importers' failure to pay taxes, remote fee and other required fees will 
be borne by importers only. 

 

1. To our distinguished American clients:

For all retail orders(weight less than 1kg ) to the USA, we will send by
CN E-Packet (7-10 business days).
Any requirements to change into other shipping methods(DHL/UPS), please

Thank you all for being so trustful to us and choosing our products but due to the custom clearance problems, we are so sorry to inform you that we don't accept orders from countries/region as follows:

America(Except US and Canada), 

Africa(Except South Africa), 

Italy(Unless you have clearance ability), 

South and East Asia(Except Mainland China, HK, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia,Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand),

Belarus, Ukraine, The Middle East.

APO or BOX address of United States.

About Croatia, if don't have EORI number. please do not place the order.

3. For wholesale orders

We will ship all wholesale via major distributors. DHL/EMS/Aramex/USPS ect.

Please note that EMS is provided by China post. Recipients must sign for the parcel.

4. Delivery Time

5-7 business days worldwide (CN E-Packet 7-10 business days)

During busy season that will have an impact on transportation speed, the delivery time will be around 7 - 10 business days worldwide. 

5. Check order status

You will get your order status and waybill number by email send out from our shipping system in 2-3 days after we ship out your order. And you are able to tracking your order status by just click the tracking number in email.

6. Track orders

Once you get the waybill number, please wait for 2-3 days to track your EMS order online, for others takes 1 or 2 days to check online.

Shipping Fee

Combined shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the shipping weight and destination. You can place an order without paying to check the shipping cost, after choosing the destination country in dropdown menu, you will receive the shipping fee.

Warranty&Returns

1. For customers who buy from Kangeronline directly

6 months warranty on the following items:

• All batteries/Mods

• All usb cable and AC power

2 months warranty on the following item

 • All Clearomizers

 • All Starter kit

No warranty on coils or other accessories.

Please be noted that we will not be responsible for any man-made issue.

 Please contact our customer service team by email at service@kangeronline.com with a description of the problem along with your order number. Your order number will be sent after payment.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, Shipping cost incurred are non refundable. All replacement/repaired products are shipped with your next order. (There will be an extra fee if sent replacement itself, to ship with your next order will save a lot for you and us)

2. For customers who buy from other vendors

Kangertech will not directly make replacement to the end user.

Step #1: The first step is to authenticate that your product is a Genuine Kangertech product. We will not provide parts or replacements for any product that is NOT authenticated according to the process we have established and explained how to use here: All customers can verify the authenticity of their Kangertech products by going to website below and inputting the code on the packaging.

Genuine Kangertech products are packaged with these two kind labels on the outside along with printed instructions inside each of package of clearomizer, battery, kit and Atomizer. The scratch-off with a product code under it, while the QR code label can scanned for checking.
If there is no engraving on the product and/or the code is not authenticated, it is not genuine so please Do Not contact Kangertech Customer Service. Contact the vendor where you purchased the product, and tell them you want a refund or a genuine Kangertech product
Step #2:
Contact the direct vendor for assistant since they are your direct vendor and they have the liability and responsibility to serve you. You should bring along with your parts, Authenticity code and the purchase receipts to seek you vendor’s help
Step #3
In case your vendor cannot help you. You may contact Kangertech service center

with the Authenticity code number, the name of the product, and a description of what your issue or problem is with the product. If possible, include a photo/picture of the product and/or the part that has an issue. Make sure that the photos include the Kangertech name, logo, and product name which are engraved or printed on all Kangertech genuine products as shown in photos below.

We also encourage you to go to our www.Kangerforum.com which problem can be fixed by the trouble shooting tips provided there.
