Shipping rules

1. To our distinguished American clients:

Thank you all for being so trustful to us and choosing our products.

Since August 2016 when FDA comes to force, America has strengthened supervision on electronic cigarettes and accessories, and reinforced inspection of imports.
If your ordered goods get inspected by U.S. Customs, please provide your SSN to ensure smooth and efficient clearance.
(PS: Kangeronline will not refund or take any responsibility for losses caused by your failure to provide SSN. Please forgive us if this brings you any inconvenience.)
Note: our company will keep all your information confidential, will not disclose it to any third party.

2. To all our most cherished customers

Notes: please fill in your telephone number involved in your contact information when ordering, in case that you are not at home or we can't reach you.
And if the goods were returned unfortunately, we would not refund the order.

Please note that the total order amount only includes product value and shipping charge(taxes, remote fee and other fees excluded).
The local customs of importer might impose taxes which will be borne by importers.
Any consequences like return or even destruction of goods due to importers' failure to pay taxes, remote fee and other required fees will be borne by importers only.

America(Except US and Canada),

Africa(Except South Africa),

South and East Asia(Except Mainland China, HK, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand),

Belarus, Ukraine, The Middle East.

3. For wholesale orders

We will ship all wholesale via major distributors. DHL/EMS/Aramex/USPS ect.
Please note that EMS is provided by China post. Recipients must sign for the parcel.

4. Delivery Time

5-7 business days worldwide (FedEx SmartPost/USPS 15-20 business days).
During peak season that will have an impact on transportation speed.

5. Check/Track order status

You will get your order status and tracking number by email send out from our shipping system in 2-3 days after we ship out your order. And you are able to tracking your order status by just click the tracking number in email.

For EMS tracking numbers please go to http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html or local postal website.

Once you get the tracking number, please wait for 2-3 days to track the EMS/FedEx SmartPost/USPS number online, for others takes 2-3 days to check online.

Shipping Fee

Combined shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the shipping weight and destination. You can place an order without paying to check the shipping cost, after choosing the destination country in dropdown menu, you will receive the shipping fee.
