I take it you can’t order these anymore. Are they being replaced with a new version?

I have dumbly bought 3 of these throughout this past year. I love it.. seriously. Until they died.. one was dropped, my fault.. dead, so okay. I bought another, this one, no drops, but it just quit.. I mean, just stopped, will not turn on, it is blank. The third, the wattage just goes up to 75w, and you can’t turn it down. After a week or so of this, and messing with it to get it to work, it now flickers, and still goes up to 75w on its own.

I have used my Kangertech CUPTI for 1 year and 3 months now. It works perfectly! In the beginning i changed coils to frequent .. its not really needed. I have used 6 coils in total for 1 year and 3 months.. i could have probably used 3 coils instead :) … The finish of the CUPTI is starting to look a little worn now. But no wonder.. i have used it every day for 450 days…. :) Thanks for a great product! :)

My Kangertech Cupti 75 arrived a week ago and every time I try to use it it gurgles and spits and burns the back of my mouth. I’m only quite new to this, but I’ve tried all the advice I’ve found. Such as sitting it upside down, burning at a higher temp as well as trying both coils that came with it.
Please help, I’m too scared to keep trying as the burns hurt. I’ve been using it with 30/70 juice.

Worst vape I’ve spent money on. Nothing but issues from the expensive shit coils to leaking to the battery issues. Save your money and don’t buy this vape

I jave jad my Kangertech Cupti for aboit a week now, and I have begun experiencing problems with the “Check Battery” issue. I have beought it to three different vape shops to get help, replaced 2 brand new Samsung batteries (each fixed the problem for about 2 hours) and then out of nowhere the “Check Battery” Issue arises again. What is the best way I can go about fixing this issue. I am very gentle with my equipment and have not dropped it, but it continuously malfunctious with the “Check Battery” problem. Any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. This Cupti is the third Kangertech I jave purchased (never have encountered this problem before). You make a quality product for the most-part, and if you could help me fix this problem I will continue to be a loyal Kangertech customer.

I’ve had my kangertech cupti for over six months now and I love it! Very durable as I have dropped it a few times, and still works great! Just bought a Kangertech Juppi box for my boyfriend, that is fabulous as well. Thanks for well made, quality product!

Hello, I’ve recently received my KangerTech Cupti Vape. I’ve had the device for two days now and I’m already facing an issue with the device.

Sometime the vape will work fine but occasionally the vape will cut out and I can’t get it to turn on. I try changing the battery for a newly charged battery and still the device won’t turn on. In order for me to get the device to work I’m having apply a small amount of pressure on the base of the device where battery lid opens and closes. The device will then turn and work for a short period of time. Then it will cut out. This cutting out issue also occurs sometimes when the device is tilted or moved suddenly. I suspect the battery lid/door is not making a proper connection to the battery so when I apply pressure to the base of the device it works again.

I’d like to know if you are aware of this issue or any fix that may be available for this type of issue. I’ve done some research on Kangertech forum and YouTube videos and I see other people are having a similar issue with the ‘check battery’ problem. Although my issue is slightly different it leads me to believe there may be some type of design fault with the Cupti battery housing/connection.

Just to add, I’m using Samsung 18650 batteries
